The Students Supporting Students program or approach is a student-led peer support program that aims to train students to be able to respond to their friends' needs. In this program, students work in various ways informal and formal to listen to their friends, to help them solve their difficulties and to build a whole-school ethos of caring and support.

Students are trained in active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, problem-solving and confidentiality
