Girrawheen Senior High School
A MindMatters Plus demonstration school in WA Girrawheen Senior High School is situated in the multicultural northern corridor suburb of Girrawheen. The school provides an education alternative for families who live in the areas of Alexander Heights, Balga, Girrawheen, Koondoola and Marangaroo.
With over 650 students and some 80 teachers the staff of this vibrant multicultural school take great pride in their educational responsibilities, while realising the role of the arts in the school community.
Girrawheen is committed to working with parents as true partners in education. We believe that when teachers, students and parents team up, the learning outcomes for students are greatly enhanced.
