Liverpool Girls' High School is a large vibrant high school located in southwest Sydney. The school community is committed to achieving set goals. It is a school working together, continually searching for improvement and encouraging new ideas. As a learning environment that sets high standards, we seek to provide each girl with the skills and understandings that will enable her to achieve her potential and fulfill her role as an independent member of the community.
The school population numbered 1,016 at the end of June 2005. Of these students, 86% were from LBOTE (Language Backgrounds Other Than English). The major groups represented were from Arabic-speaking countries, Eastern European and South-East Asia.
